As it is also in our interest to produce only top quality products, we ensure that the raw materials we select fulfil our own quality criteria. Our sausage products have been produced according to the same recipe, developed by the owner Lorenz Gruber, since the start of production.
If a customer has any special requests, we do everything in our power to fulfil their requirements.
Clean processing is also particularly important to us, as hygiene plays a decisive role in maintaining first-class quality - and is, of course, also required by law.
Our salamis
From house salami, farmer's salami with fennel and spicy salami to our game salamis - you will find a wide selection in our range.
Of course, our beef salami made from 100% South Tyrolean beef (without pork) is also a must.
We also produce a fine, large-calibre salami for the catering trade, which is ideal for further processing.
